引言
SlimPic（以下简称"本应用"或"我们"）重视您的隐私。本隐私政策说明本应用处理哪些信息、如何使用和保护这些信息，以及您可以如何管理自己的数据。
1. 我们处理的信息
1.1 您选择和处理的图片
为提供图片压缩、格式转换和 EXIF 处理功能，本应用在设备本地处理：
- 您通过系统选图器或从其他应用分享/打开的图片；
- 压缩或转换后的输出图片及其本地缓存文件；
- 处理历史记录（工具类型、文件大小变化、输出路径，不含图片像素数据）；
- 处理过程中使用的临时缓存文件，任务完成后会被清理。
所有图片处理均在设备本地完成。本应用不将您的图片上传至任何服务器。
1.2 应用设置和本地状态
本应用会在本地保存以下信息：
- 语言选择、主题模式（浅色/深色/跟随系统）；
- 默认压缩质量、目标体积、去 EXIF 偏好、输出命名规则；
- 用户自定义压缩预设（名称及参数）；
- 广告展示频率控制信息（开屏广告时间间隔、激励广告额度）；
- 评分引导冷却时间。
1.3 EXIF 元数据
本应用可以读取您图片中的 EXIF 元数据（如拍摄时间、设备型号、GPS 位置等）供您查看，并可按您的选择去除指定字段。
EXIF 的读取和修改均在设备本地完成，不会上传。处理后导出的副本按您选择的去除策略保留或移除相应元数据。
1.4 系统相册、分享和权限
- 当您选择"保存到相册"时，本应用会将处理后的图片写入设备的系统媒体库。Android 10 及以上通过 MediaStore 完成；Android 9 及以下可能请求存储写入权限。
- 当您选择"分享"时，本应用会通过 Android 系统分享面板，将处理后的图片临时授权给您选择的应用。本应用不会自动选择接收方。
- 本应用可通过系统分享/打开入口接收来自其他应用的图片。
- 本应用不请求相机、麦克风、通讯录或精确位置权限。
1.5 Android 备份
如果您在设备上启用了 Android 云备份或设备迁移，Android 系统可能将本应用的部分本地数据（包括设置和历史记录）备份至您的 Google 账号或传输到新设备。该过程由 Android 系统和您的账号设置控制，并受 Google 相应隐私政策约束。您可以在设备系统设置中管理或关闭备份。
2. 第三方广告服务
本应用使用 Google AdMob（Google Mobile Ads SDK）展示原生广告、开屏广告和激励广告。
在展示广告前，本应用会通过 Google User Messaging Platform（UMP）征求您的同意（适用于适用地区）。您可以随时在"我的"页面中的"隐私选项"更改同意设置。
根据您的地区、设备设置、同意状态和 Google 的政策，Google 可能处理：
- 设备和应用信息，例如设备类型、操作系统、应用包名和版本；
- 广告标识符、IP 地址以及由其推断的大致位置；
- 广告请求、展示、点击、转化和诊断信息；
- 用于防止欺诈、衡量广告效果和提供个性化或非个性化广告的信息。

3. 我们如何使用信息
- 提供图片压缩、格式转换、EXIF 查看/去除、批量处理和对比预览功能；
- 保存您的应用偏好、历史记录和广告频率状态；
- 展示广告以支持本应用的免费运营；
- 维护应用安全、诊断广告加载问题并防止滥用。
本应用目前未集成独立的账号系统、Google Analytics 或第三方崩溃分析服务。
4. 信息共享
我们不会出售或出租您的个人信息。信息仅可能在以下情形被提供给第三方：
- 为提供广告服务而由 Google AdMob 处理必要信息；
- 在您主动使用系统分享功能时，向您选择的应用提供对应文件；
- 法律法规、法院命令或有权机关依法要求时；
- 发生合并、收购或资产转让时，在遵守适用法律的前提下转移相关权益和义务。
5. 数据保存与删除
- 历史记录和设置通常保留至您在应用内删除、清除应用数据或卸载应用；
- 保存至系统相册的图片不会在卸载应用时自动删除，您可在系统相册中自行管理；
- 处理用的临时缓存文件会在任务完成后清理；
- 系统云备份中的副本由您的 Android/Google 备份设置和保留规则管理；
- Google 保存广告相关数据的期限由 Google 的政策决定。
6. 数据安全
本应用在设备本地处理图片，不上传图片至任何服务器。我们采取合理措施限制本地文件访问，例如使用应用私有目录和 Android FileProvider 的临时读取授权。但任何存储或传输方式都无法保证绝对安全，请妥善保护您的设备和账号。
7. 您的选择和权利
- 您可以在历史记录中查看和删除处理记录；
- 您可以在"我的"页面中通过"隐私选项"管理广告同意设置；
- 您可以在系统设置中撤销存储权限、清除应用数据或卸载应用；
- 您可以管理 Android 云备份、广告标识符和 Google 广告个性化设置；

8. 儿童隐私
本应用面向 13 岁及以上用户，不以 13 岁以下儿童为目标受众。我们不会故意要求儿童提交姓名、邮箱或其他直接身份信息。如果您认为未满 13 岁儿童通过本应用向我们提供了个人信息，请联系我们处理。
9. 国际数据处理
Google 等第三方服务提供商可能在您所在国家或地区之外处理广告相关信息。相关跨境处理由其依据适用法律和隐私政策实施。

Introduction
SlimPic ("the App," "we," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App processes, how it is used and protected, and the choices available to you.
1. Information We Process
1.1 Images You Select and Process
To provide image compression, format conversion, and EXIF processing, the App handles locally:
- Images you select via the system picker or share/open from other apps;
- Compressed or converted output images and their local cache files;
- Processing history (tool type, file size changes, output paths — no pixel data);
- Temporary cache files used during processing, cleaned up after the task completes.
All image processing happens on your device. The App does not upload your images to any server.
1.2 Preferences and Local State
The App locally stores:
- Language, theme mode (light/dark/system);
- Default compression quality, target size, EXIF stripping preference, output naming rules;
- Custom compression presets (name and parameters);
- Ad display frequency controls (app-open ad intervals, rewarded ad quotas);
- Rating prompt cooldown.
1.3 EXIF Metadata
The App can read EXIF metadata from your images (such as date taken, device model, GPS location) for you to view,
and can remove selected fields at your request. EXIF reading and modification happen locally and are not uploaded.
Exported copies retain or remove metadata according to the stripping options you choose.
1.4 Gallery, Sharing, and Permissions
- When you choose to save, the App writes processed images to the system media library. Android 10+ uses MediaStore; Android 9 and earlier may request storage write permission.
- When you share, Android's system share sheet temporarily grants the app you select access to that file. SlimPic does not choose a recipient.
- The App can receive images shared or opened from other apps.
- The App does not request camera, microphone, contacts, or precise location permissions.
1.5 Android Backup
If Android cloud backup or device transfer is enabled, Android may back up some local App data, including settings and history, to your Google Account or transfer it to another device. This is controlled by Android and your account settings and is governed by Google's applicable policies. You can manage or disable backup in system settings.
2. Third-Party Advertising
The App uses Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) to display native, app-open, and rewarded ads.
Before showing ads, the App requests your consent via Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) where applicable. You can change your consent settings at any time under "Me" → "Privacy options."
Depending on your region, device settings, consent status, and Google's policies, Google may process:
- Device and app information, such as device type, operating system, package name, and app version;
- Advertising identifiers, IP address, and approximate location inferred from it;
- Ad requests, impressions, clicks, conversions, and diagnostics;
- Information used for fraud prevention, ad measurement, and personalized or non-personalized ads.
Google processes this information under its own policies. See the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information for advertising. You can manage ad preferences through My Ad Center and your device's advertising privacy settings.
3. How Information Is Used
- To provide image compression, format conversion, EXIF viewing/removal, batch processing, and before/after comparison;
- To remember preferences, history, and ad frequency state;
- To display advertising that supports free operation of the App;
- To maintain security, diagnose ad-loading issues, and prevent abuse.
The App currently has no independent account system, Google Analytics, or third-party crash analytics SDK.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Information may be provided to third parties only:
- When Google AdMob processes information necessary to provide advertising;
- When you actively share a file with an app you select;
- When required by applicable law, court order, or a lawful government request;
- In a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, subject to applicable law.
5. Retention and Deletion
- History and preferences remain until deleted in the App, App data is cleared, or the App is uninstalled;
- Images saved to the system gallery are not automatically deleted when the App is uninstalled;
- Temporary processing cache files are cleaned up after tasks complete;
- Copies in system cloud backup are governed by your Android/Google backup settings and retention rules;
- Google determines retention periods for advertising data under its policies.
6. Security
The App processes images locally on your device and does not upload them to any server. We use reasonable safeguards such as app-private storage and temporary read permissions through Android FileProvider. However, no method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please protect your device and accounts.
7. Your Choices and Rights
- You can view and delete processing history within the App;
- You can manage ad consent settings via "Me" → "Privacy options";
- You can revoke storage permission, clear App data, or uninstall the App in system settings;
- You can manage Android backup, advertising identifiers, and Google ad personalization;
- You may contact us to ask questions or exercise rights available under applicable privacy law.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly ask children to submit names, email addresses, or other direct identifiers. Contact us if you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the App.
9. International Processing
Third-party providers such as Google may process advertising-related information outside your country or region under applicable law and their privacy policies.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy when features, laws, or third-party services change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. We will provide additional notice for material changes where reasonably practicable.
